There are so many bad and mediocre dice controllers out there that the casinos have realized that just setting the dice and attempting a soft throw does not mean a darn thing. These bad dice controllers help us immensely.

Also, how can you tell if someone really has the goods or not? It's hard. However if you play in the same casino or casinos all the time, they will catch on when they see that you are a consistent winner overall.
