Hi Dominator:
I'm not a gambler, but I am willing to become a professional gambler.
I saw your series last night (4/14/08) called Dice Dominator on the Breaking Vegas Series. So I'll get to the point.
I lived in New Jersey for the last eight years and was a very successful mortgage broker. As you know the market took a big hit and so did I. I recently moved to [deleted] with my family due to expense reasons. I've been looking for work for the last three months unsuccessfully. I am living off my savings and my house is paid off. But I still need to put food on the table.
I have all the time in the world to practice from 3 o'clock to 9 o'clock. Once I saw the show I said what the heck am I doing? There are over 400 hotels around the island. If my numbers are correct at least half of the hotels have casinos. Dominator, I have recently ordered yours and Frank Scoblete's Golden Touch Dice Control Revolution for my reference.
Are there any other tips you can give me? Are my chances slim being that I'm not a gambler? I am willing to take a risk for my family's sake. Please help if you can.
I thank you for your time.
Regards,
Paulie
Dear Paulie:
This letter came to me, but Dominator has a copy and I am sure he will write to you and tell you the following:
Your chances of becoming a successful dice controller are not slim, they are none. You can't possibly be relaxed when the money you are betting is so needed by your family. Even the best dice controllers in Golden Touch have off days, weeks and months. You need a large bankroll in relation to the bets you must make. I'm guessing playing with family money, you would sweat all the action you were giving to the casinos — especially if you hit a big downturn, which is inevitable at various times in your playing career.
Our recommendation at Golden Touch is simple for almost all players — use dice control for fun and profit, but do not even think of turning professional. There's just too much pressure. If you are playing with money you need for other things, those other things are going to impinge on your mind and screw up your performance. Dice control is not like card counting. In card counting you keep track of the cards but your state of being is little affected by what the count is. You don't make the count; you just bet into the count. In dice control, you make the house edges change; your skill is the prime ingredient, and that skill can be affected by numerous psychological states.
So forget about dice control until you are back on your feet and have extra money to play with. Your family is much too important to make them hang on the turn of the dice.
All the best in and out of the casinos!
Frank Scoblete
