Frank,
I purchased your book "Casino Craps: Shoot to Win!" and have a question regarding the 5-Count when it comes to a pass line bet. Using the 5-Count, when would you place odds if you have just made a $10 pass line bet on the come-out roll? On page 55, it gives an example of placing a come bet.
Thanks for your help.

Dear Bob:
Hi Patrick:
Treat the pass line as you would a come bet. Put the odds on it once the number is established. The pass line and come are basically the same game against the house. Just make sure you use the 5-Count correctly.
I just put you on my private website and message boards at www.goldentouchcraps.com. You will get another e-mail with your user name and password. These you can change if you like.
