Things that you do unconsciously can be very annoying to other players.
Such things as clicking your chips, blowing smoke out of the side of your mouth, sucking the liquid out of your drink until the straw grates, spitting chewing tobacco into a cup that is sitting in front of you -- all these things can distract and annoy your fellow players.

If you do not like to carry large amounts of cash with you, then consider requesting credit from the casinos that you frequent.
Generally casinos will give credit lines to anyone who has shown that he or she is likely to pay his or her debts promptly.
Credit lines can range from $500 to $500,000 or more. They are essentially "interest free" loans and much better than using ATM machines.
