Scobe's Quick Tip #75
When playing roulette, never place a bet on the layout until the dealer has taken or paid off the previous bets and then has removed the marker from that spot.
Also, never place a bet after the dealer calls "no more bets" as this might invalidate the next decision.

Scobe's Quick Tip #76
If you are playing two hands at blackjack and lose one, make sure that you immediately place a bet in the betting circle.
Why? Just in case you are being rated, you want the casino floorperson to see your full bet, not just the half that hasn't yet been decided. Sometimes casino raters check the layouts during play and might not recall that you were betting two hands.
