Love the Captain22 August 2012
My name is Al Michaels. I got married to my wife Christine on 11/11/11 at 11:11am. She has since introduced me to craps and I am very excited about the game and about learning to beat it with the 5-Count and controlled rolling with sensible bets.
She still likes to bet the horn and any craps on a come-out roll even though I explained the math from your book "Casino Craps: Shoot to Win!" I figure craps is about fun as much as money, and when she does win a Crazy Crapper bet she is ecstatic.
She once saw a shooter setting the dice and saw that he doubled his field bet so she bet the horn and he made two midnight rolls (12) back-to-back. She was betting one-dollar units on the horn and won a little over a hundred, so I'll never be able to put a stop to it now.
I also wanted to thank you for your delightful tales of the late Captain. In the story where the guy died after his roll in 1986, a lot of people would have tried to do wrong, but the Captain showed his good character and I hope I get to meet him if I ever go to heaven.
Your books are great and I have rated you on Goodreads on Amazon and elsewhere so that others will hopefully read as well. Thanks again for all the great info.
Thanks for your positive letter. Every writer can use "thumbs up" and positive reviews!
I've given you a two-month subscription to my private website at www.goldentouchcraps.com. You will get another e-mail with your user name and password (these can be changed). If you do not see the other e-mail, check your spam file.
We have over 5,000 members on our private site and message boards and I think you (and your wife!) will enjoy it. Please feel free to post. Craps is a great game and a beatable game if played properly.
If anyone reading this would like a free 60-day subscription please e-mail me at email@example.com.
All the best in and out of the casinos!
