Is It Legal to Use Action Play Tracker in the Casino?

Hi Mr. Scoblete,

I just finished reading your book Spin Roulette Gold. I have one quick question: Is it legal for me to use Zanghi's Action Play Tracker in the Vegas casinos in plain view of security/dealers? So I be as discreet as possible and try to hide it?

Joe Zanghi's "Action Play Tracker" cards are a lot of fun to use and when I have used them at roulette games no one has said anything to me. So my first piece of advice is to go ahead and use them. Since roulette really can't be beaten except by extraordinary individuals I don't think the casinos will hassle you. My second piece of advice is to always claim you are looking for "lucky" or "hot" numbers. Once you mention these things, the casino knows you are not an advantage player and you should be able to play undisturbed.
