Dear Frank,
Thanks for all the tips.
My wife and I have been using the 5-Count method with some success. One problem we continue to run into is that we place come bets with odds and continue to place come bets until the shooter finally sevens out.
However, on several occasions we have been up on all the numbers with a come bet or pass line bet and on the shooter's next come out roll he or she hits a seven. Odds are returned, now we are not sure what our next move should be. Should we just start the process over and start making come bets or should we place the 6 and 8 and just hope for the best?
Thank you,
Brandon
Dear Brandon:
You are making the proper bets with the lowest house edge, but I think you are way too aggressive. Just go up on three numbers until you have three times your spread and then you can go to four, win a couple, go to five, and finally to all six numbers. But you don't want to have too much at risk too early.
If you get wiped off the board you begin the whole process over again. The come bets are the best so those are the ones you should make.
All the best in and out of the casinos!
