Hello Frank,
I guess the last time we e-mailed back and forth was in February. I do have a very good question for you, one that I have not been able to find an answer to. Oh, and by the way. I bought your latest book, Casino Craps: Shoot to Win! Good read, and fun too. Especially enjoyed the DVD.
My question for you is this. In what book did the illustration of the pyramid, which forms the different dice combinations first appear? I was thinking maybe Quinn's Fools of Fortune, which was what, early 1900s, or very late 1890s? But I don't know because I don't have a copy. So what was the earliest book to have the dice pyramid in it?
Thanks again,
J.
