Are they reputable? Do they have honest pay offs? And do you have to pay taxes there and in the USA on everything over $1200?

Dear Larry,

I wish I could help you but I really don't know enough about individual web casinos to make a judgement. The area of the web is a touchy subject because, while most casinos are just fine, there have been some that have screwed their players or have been late with payments. I recommend getting a copy of John Brokopp's book "Internet Gambling" which will give you greater understanding of what's happening on the web.
